Structural modeling of protein-DNA complexes

Three additional processing threads have been added per job. Please note that the maximum number of simultaneous jobs remains three; any additional jobs will be placed in the queue.

We are pleased to announce that we have increased the RAM & swap memory, which will, in principle, allow an increase in the size of proteins or DNA that can be used for molecular docking. Please always put the bigger one as a receptor.

We have observed that several users submit jobs involving very long RNA/DNA or protein sequences. To prevent this, we implemented a new way of handling these jobs, decreasing the number of CPUS used (to reduce memory usage) and increasing the maximum execution time. However, please submit memory-intensive jobs one at a time, waiting until the current job finishes before launching another.
